College Education
Our department and activities:
Short tertiary (2 years programme) - sub-degree education with practise-oriented, experience-based and work-related learning and the fields of:
- Economics
- Media - Production
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronic Engineering
Which have by their very nature close lonks with business, professional organisations and industry and thus they can contribute to the effectiveness of the knowledge sharing between the world of higher education and the professional world.
Celje Faculty of Commerce - Dislocated department at Academia in Maribor.
3 years study programme on the undergraduate (first cycle) level as defined by the Bologna Programme; studies are completed with a Bachelor thesis and receive a title comparable to B.Sc. in Economics.
2 years programme on the postgraduate (second cycle) level as defined by the Bologna programme; studies are completed with a Master thesis and receive a title comparable to M.sc. in Economics.
Ljubljana Faculty of Accounting - Dislocated department at Academia in Maribor.
3 years study programme on the undergraduate (first cycle) level as defined by the Bologna Programme; studies are completed with a Bachelor thesis and receive a title comparable to B.Sc. in Economics.

- demonstrate leadership in exploring ways for member institutions to grapple with the complexities of a fast-changing society;
