Invitation to COSTABEX Webinar: Empowering Erasmus+ Coordinators to Safeguard the Well-being of Mobility Students

Mental health matters! Especially when going abroad. Therefore, on April 16th, 2024 from 9:30 to 11:00, join our online educational event addressing the mental health of outgoing Erasmus+ students:

  • Are you struggling to provide better mental health support to Erasmus+ students due to your workload?
  • Would you appreciate some tips on how to do it before, during, and even after a student’s experience abroad?
  • Would you like access to ready-to-use tools that can foster students´ mental health?

In the dynamic landscape of international education, prioritizing the well-being of students undertaking mobility abroad is important. If you are the go-to person responsible for Erasmus+ mobilities coordination at your institution, working in an international office or international project coordination this is your chance to get equipped with knowledge and materials on how to do so.

In the webinar we will present a range of resources mobility coordinators can freely use to support outgoing Erasmus+ students:

  1. Webinars: interactive lectures on Culture Shock. Mental Health, Conflict Management, Finance, and more.
  2. Counseling E-newsletters: Prepared emails to be sent to students with advice on accommodation, cultural adjustment, coping with stress, crisis management, the shock of returning, and more.
  3. Web Page: an easy-to-use website where resources are freely available to students and coordinators can easily download them to reuse.
  4. Handbook: a detailed document with explanations on how to implement all the resources at your institution.

What can you expect?

  • Concrete results: We will show you how our initiative helps students prepare for their trips abroad.
  • Practical tips: We will teach you how to use our materials for your students. All materials are at your disposal for free.

Whether you’re a seasoned coordinator or new to the field, our webinar will provide practical tips for implementing the resources effectively, ensuring that every student can make the most of their study abroad experience.
