You will attain engineering knowledge of building materials, work safety protocols its legislation, environmental protection, land-use, geotechnology, building and engineering geodesy.

Construction in Civil Engineering
You will learn about the principles of how force acts in an area and on a flat surface. Examine the statically fixed line construction on a flat surface, envelopes of internal forces, shifts of statically determined line structures determine the loads on constructions.
You will attain knowledge on the basic principles of a stress state in a construction and the specific deformations in construction. You will calculate the stress state of a certain construction, examine the approach to the design of the construction and the basic design of reinforced concrete structures.
Learn about the attributes of materials such as wood or steel, and about the design of wooden and steel structures.

Construction Operations and BIM
You will determine the variables, measurement and calculations of quantities of construction works. Learn to perform calculations for accounting purposes, perform post-calculations and learn the principles of a technical take-over.
Explore the technology in earthwork, the basic technologies in constructions works with reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete. Attain knowledge on the technological process behind the construction of wall panelings and scaffolding and installations of fixture. You will learn about the technology of masonry work and get to know the basic execution of assembly work.
You will also get to know about BIM - Building Information Modelling, a state of the art system for planning, managing and maintaining buildings.
