The thesis focuses on the production of personalized 3D graphics on demand. The purpose of the thesis is to examine the possibilities of combining modern 3D technologies with manual craftsmanship and to explore how digital tools and manual finishing can be used to create aesthetically refined, unique products that also hold personal and emotional value.

The thesis addresses the entire production process, from conceptual design, modeling, and 3D printing to finishing, presenting concrete examples of four commissioned projects.

The objective of the thesis is to analyze examples of personalized 3D graphics applications, select appropriate software tools for 3D modeling, and develop an original style of figurines suitable for 3D design and 3D printing.

The thesis also explores the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in preparing reference images and covers the entire practical process from client communication, sketching, and 3D modeling to physical production and final finishing of the products.

The theoretical part firstly presents the development of 3D printing and describes current 3D printing technologies, with an emphasis on fused deposition modeling, which is used in the project. Various materials for 3D printing are also presented in detail, highlighting the use of polylactic acid (PLA).

In the pre-production phase of the practical part, the development of a personal figurine style and collaboration with clients in concept creation is described. The production phase describes the modeling process, preparation for 3D printing, and printing using an FDM printer and PLA material.

The post-production phase presents manual processing of the figurines, including sanding, painting, and assembling them into a complete piece. The final chapter on distribution and marketing presents the marketing and distribution possibilities and defines approximate product prices based on time and material requirements.
