Rebranding of the Beauty Salon Vita Ina: Design of the corporate Visual Identity and Website
Graphic Design

The diploma thesis, entitled “Rebranding of the Beauty Salon Vita Ina: Design of Corporate Visual Identity and Website,” explores the process of planning, designing, and implementing a new visual identity and digital presence for an existing brand.
The thesis aimed to develop a modern, recognizable, and aesthetically refined visual identity that reflects the company’s values while strengthening its professional and sustainability-oriented character.
The theoretical part presents key concepts of visual identity, the importance of consistency among graphic elements, and the role of user experience (UX) in designing digital solutions. The analysis of the existing brand image, conducted according to the criteria of coherence, readability, modernity, and visual consistency of individual elements (logo, color palette, typography, printed and digital materials), revealed a lack of uniformity and contemporary expression.
Therefore, the main objective was to create a clean, minimalist, and distinctive visual system that could be used long-term across all communication channels.
The empirical part covers the process of developing the new corporate visual identity, which includes the creation of a color palette, typography, logo, promotional materials, and website. Based on a survey conducted among 90 participants, user needs and expectations regarding the salon’s image were identified.
After the rebranding, a second survey was carried out, confirming a significant improvement in the perception of professionalism, modernity, and brand recognition.
The visual prototype of the website, designed in Figma, follows user-centered design principles and enables intuitive navigation, visual clarity, and online booking functionality. The established digital presence effectively enhances brand communication and improves the user experience.
Special attention was given to sustainable design approaches — reducing printed materials, using a calm color palette, and ensuring the long-term usability of visual elements.
