Guest lecture by Jasna Mak, SPOT consulting Podravje

Within the course Economics, Legislation and Marketing in the Media field of the Media Production programme, we hosted Ms. Jasna Mak, consultant, clerk and project manager from the Regional Development Agency for the Podravje Region.

The guest lecturer introduced the students to the SPOT consulting (Slovenian Business Point) agency, which provides comprehensive free support services to potential entrepreneurs and companies at all stages of development. One of the twelve regionally organised business points, SPOT consulting Podravje, operates in the Podravje region under the Regional Development Agency for Podravje; it is a non-profit professional organisation. It ensures the effectiveness of its activities through a network of in-house and external experts in the fields of regional and sustainable development, promotion of entrepreneurship and tourism, human resources development and internationalisation of business. She also presented the current projects of SME Podravje (My Online Handbook).
