This diploma thesis is studying the service Hitra Pošta Pošte Slovenije, d.o.o. Firstly, we will present the company Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o. and existing offer in the segment of the express mail. We will compare and analyze competing companies and try to find the competitive advantages of the service Hitra pošta Pošte Slovenije, d.o.o.
Secondly, we will present a SWOT analysis, with which we will try and show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats which could be seen during the implementation or future implementation of services belonging to the express mail segment in the market.
