Graphic Design
The thesis addresses the design of a user interface for a mobile application – an AI assistant for mental health, aimed at improving users’ mental well-being through advanced technologies. The application allows users to easily and accessibly record their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in the form of a visual diary, with artificial intelligence assisting in analyzing these entries and providing personalized advice and tools for stress management and other psychological issues.
As part of the application design, the user interface was created using Figma, focusing on simplicity, intuitiveness, and visual appeal to provide users with the most pleasant experience. The application allows users to record their daily feelings and emotional states through text and visual entries, which are analyzed by the AI assistant.
Based on these entries, the assistant offers recommendations, stress management exercises, meditation, relaxation techniques, and other methods to improve mental health.
The application is designed to enable self-help and self-reflection, allowing users to better understand and manage their emotions and challenges. One of the key features is tracking progress over time, where users can observe changes and improvements, leading to greater awareness of their mental health.
The goal of the app is to offer users an accessible, user-friendly, and effective tool for managing everyday stress and mental health challenges.
The thesis also analyzes existing solutions in the field of mental health, focusing on applications that use artificial intelligence to analyze emotions and provide personalized advice.
This work represents an important contribution to the design of tools that support mental health and help in managing emotional challenges in everyday life. It also offers potential for broader use in various contexts, such as therapy, self-help, and prevention in mental health.
