As part of the course Quality Assessment and Assurance in the Study Program Economics – Digital Marketing Module, Human Resource Management, and Commerce, we hosted Damir Hrepevnik, MA, who is responsible for procurement and sales logistics with a focus on the sale of electric cars at Avtohiša Škorjanec, and Maja Mušič, BA in Economics, coordinator of the business unit in Celje within NLB Lease&Go.
Damir Hrepnevnik, MA in European Business Studies, presented quality assurance in vehicle sales with an emphasis on consistent adherence to sales standards and achieving high customer satisfaction. As a Master of European Business Studies (Alma Mater Europaea) and an expert with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, he built his career at Toyota and Volkswagen, and today he manages the procurement, import, and sales processes at Avtohiša Škorjanec. He highlighted the importance of process standardisation, crisis management, and a systematic approach to quality in sales.
Maja Mušič, BA in Economics, presented the aspect of quality in financial services, particularly in acquiring and verifying clients for car leasing. As an expert from NLB Lease&Go, she emphasized the importance of analyzing customer creditworthiness, managing risks, and ensuring financial quality in the leasing approval process. She used practical examples to show how theoretical concepts of quality are implemented in the day-to-day operations of a financial institution.
