Construction & Civil Engineering
Students of the Civil Engineering study programme took part in a professional excursion to visit the construction site of the Šentilj multi-purpose sports hall as part of their course on Buildings. The construction work is being carried out by the construction company SPG Kograd IGEm ZOD d.o.o.
In Šentilj, in the immediate vicinity of the primary school, the football field and the cultural centre, a sports hall with a surface area of 2,400 square metres will be built to provide for the needs of school education of pupils, the exercise of recreational users, and also to be used for the organisation of events.
Construction of the multi-purpose sports hall started in early August 2021 and is expected to be completed before the start of the 2022/2023 school year.
