Uroš Žohar, CRM consultant (Customer Relationship Management) at Intera d.o.o., gave a guest lecture within the Informatics course of the Economist programme – Commere module.
The guest lecture focused on the presentation of the CRM programme INTRIX of the successful company Intera d.o.o from Ptuj. Intrix CRM enables a digitised and efficient overview of potential clients, customers and all contact persons in one place, monitoring and closing of sales opportunities for better offer realisation and provides a comprehensive, 360-degree overview of meetings, their minutes or work plan.
Other products and services of the company were presented, and at the end of the lecture the speaker answered all questions and shared his experience in the company.
